Grapes: Roussanne 80%, Grenache blanc 20%
Production: 30hl/ha. Manual harvest, vinification and aging in oak barrels for one year.
Colour: Golden yellow with bright green reflections.
Bouquet: Complex, delicate and elegant. Nose of white fruits, linden honey followed by light notes of brioche and hazelnut.
Palate: Superb finesse, volume that fades on menthol fragrances and linden. A beautiful collection of aromas of pear honey and peach. Seductive and gourmet.
Dishes: Fish with cream, white meat and sauce, asparagus, soft cheeses (goat cheese), sushi, spicy or sweet savory dishes and aperitif.
Aging: 5 to 6 years.
Vinification: The entire grape harvest is immediately pressed. After settling, the must ferments in barrels. When the alcoholic fermenation is completed, the wine is stirred for several months. The breeding is carried out for one year in French oak barrels for five years, then the wine is bottled in kept in the cellar for a few months.
