    Production: 50% hand-picked, 50% mechanical harvest.
    Colour: Dark colour with purple highlights.

    Alcohol: 13.5%

    Bouquet: Typical Mediterranean scent with a mix of truffle, black cherries and pepper. Refreshing final taste with peppermint flavours with a round and smooth flavouring. 

    Dishes: Full wine. Nicely pairs with red beef and chocolate desserts.

    Ageing: 3-5 years.

    Vinification: 3 weeks vatting.
