  • Grapes: 25% Grenache blanc, 25% Sauvignon, 25% Chardonnay, 15% Viognier, 10% Muscat

    Alcohol: 13.5%

    Colour: Shiny with green gleams.

    Bouquet: Fresh and aniseed with citrus and exotic flavours. A taste of tonic with a refreshing lime taste.

    Dishes: For apértif, with a goat or sheep cheese. Serve it with grilled fish such as sea bass with fennel.

    Ageing: 2-3 years.
